Bergmann, who made history when she started for the Janesville Jets in the NAHL this season - is about to embark on her first season in women’s hockey at Cornell, a school with a long history for developing outstanding goaltenders. Alexander may not have made history but in signing a pro contract and going to play in the AHL partway through his WHL season, he certainly turned heads not the least of whom include the Anaheim Ducks staff who see great potential in the 6’6” goaltender.
