Son of a General Dentist in Ithaca NY, Reuben got a Biochem (pre-dental) degree from UNC Chapel Hill thinking he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. Realizing his truer passion was with technology, he graduated with the degree, threw it in the trash, and went to work for Benco Dental installing Computer Networks, CBCTs, Sensors, and technology all over the country. After some years, Reuben left and started Darkhorse Tech to focus more directly on IT and customer experience. Darkhorse currently supports 675 dental offices in all states, and Cayman/Guam as well!
