In fact, this episode is going to be a gift to you. I want you all to know something that is going to help you hire because I’m continuing on this whole hiring trend right now. And I know that right now, as I record this in April of 2021, the job market is very volatile. We have a lot of people sitting on unemployment right now who are making more money than they would if they actually went to work—more money than a minimum wage job. So understandably, they’re sitting there. Honestly, that’s a whole other story, but it kind of tells you a lot about the people.

We actually get to do a really fun, loving, nurturing, empathetic job. And with that comes finding the right person.
