Episode 26: How Does God Define Beauty?
Join us for Lesson 4 in our six-week summer series based on our Living in the Father’s Love Bible study. Today Lisa and Laura discuss the question: how does God define beauty? We know the right answer; it’s about what’s on the inside, right? But exactly what on the inside makes a woman beautiful? What makes you feel beautiful? Everyone’s experience of beauty can be different, but one thing is for sure: beauty is good. We are moved by beauty. It stirs the soul and is most often how God draws us to Him. So grab a cool drink and settle in for a beautiful episode!

2 Corinthians 4:16–17: Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

Esther 4:14: And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this.
Psalm 34:5: Look to him, and be radiant; so your faces shall never be ashamed.
Invite Him in with this episode’s question for reflection.
Think of a woman in your life who is beautiful because of how she has loved. How have you experienced her beauty? Take time this week to write her a letter and say: I think you are so beautiful in the way that you love, and this is how I have experienced it through you.
