He shares lessons learned working with other goaltenders in the NHL, especially his time with Sergei Bobrovsky in Florida, his own work with young goaltenders like Trey Augustine in Detroit and many lessons of mindset and mental preparation including F1 drivers as inspiration for the focus required throughout a game.
