Today we’re going to dive into the topic of a daily homeschool schedule! If your homeschool can sometimes feel chaotic, if there isn’t enough time to devote to your lessons, or if you’re just feeling like you could use more structure, then check out this episode and see if a daily schedule tune-up can help your family!
Think routine over schedule
Create blocks of time
Consider the baby and toddler kids first
Be conservative with your estimates
Don’t fight gravity
You don’t have to do every subject every day
Identify priority subjects and use natural hooks
Use morning basket time
Don’t forget about unconventional time
Make a rough plan and try it out
Don’t be afraid to adapt and change
For young kids alternate active with sit downtime
Plan time to get outside
