This week’s episode features Ana Gabriela Juarez, president of CTA Environmental Consultants and founder of WIM Central America. Ana discusses her work as the president of an environmental consultancy focused on mining, as well as the challenges women face in the mining industry, particularly in South America. She also describes some of the educational initiatives WIM Central America has undertaken to help give a balanced view of the mining industry to children.
