Kelsey Browne is a Super Netball superstar who has represented Australia in the Australian Diamonds team, a dual premiership player with the Sunshine Coast Lightning and has a passion for self development by optimising both her physical and mental health. Today I had the privilege of talking to Kelsey about her curiosity for improvement, her work with What Ability, the high’s and low’s of her career and the growth she is witnessing, and involved in, with women’s sport.
