Welcome back to the Never Too Late Podcast everyone! I wanted to jump on and do a solo episode today to celebrate 50 episodes on the podcast and thank you all for your support. I wanted to do a bit of a recap of things I have learnt from the episodes and implemented in my life during this period. In this episode I had the privilege of chatting to Nathan Freeman about his learnings from his AFL Career, dealing with setbacks, opening The Breath Haus, the importance of having a growth mindset and so much more. It’s been great to get to know Nathan through going to The Breath Haus and seeing the incredible community they’re building there. Our breath holds so much power and learning more about myself and the connection between the breath and nervous system has been extremely interesting. I think everyone could benefit from diving into the benefits of breathwork and The Breath Haus is the perfect environment to do that.
