In this episode I had the privilege of having Billy Gowers come on to talk to us about his life as an AFL footballer with the Carlton and Western Bulldogs before his recent transition to becoming a Barber. Bill’s determination and hard work helped him make it to the AFL, and he is still using those skills today owning his own business as a Barber. We discussed that his identity wasn’t tied up in being an AFL player, and that we are all more than what out job title is.

In this episode I had the privilege of having Jean Mitchell come on to talk to us about her life dealing with brain cancer at a young age, being a Professional Rower, and her goal of going to the 2024 Paris Olympics. Jean has an incredible story that is full of determination, fight and grit, and it was an inspiration to hear how she dealt with those tough years, along with what the future holds for her.

In this episode I had the privilege of having Dr Ranjit Rao come on to talk to us about his life as a Doctor, Urologist Surgeon, the impact meditation has had on his life, and so much more. It was really interesting to hear how Ranjit balances a busy schedule and priorities his health. Along with his focus on balance in his life, Ranjit is always trying to learn and be up to date with the latest science in his field, which continues to make him one of the most sought after professionals in his field.

In this episode I had the privilege of having Ryan Ruffels come on to talk to us about his professional golf career so far and the journey he is on to be the best person and golfer he can be. After turning pro just before the age of 18 Ryan took the world by storm and was given opportunities on the PGA Tour to showcase his game. After some strong results he narrowly missed staying out there on the PGA Tour and has found himself fighting to work his way back out there. With many ups and downs on the way Ryan has a very interesting story and provides some interesting insights to what it takes him to be the best he can be.

- I never stepped into a PGA Tour event and felt like I was out of my depth
- How he is placing more of an emphasis on the mental side of the game

In this episode I wanted to change it up and do a solo episode talking about what's been going on in my world lately on and off the golf course and the difficult times I've been having along with how I've tried to deal with them. Doing a solo episode was something I had been thinking about doing for a while and felt like it was the right time to do it. In the episode I reflect on the ups and downs I've been having on the golf course lately and some of the tools that I use to help me deal with these times as best as possible.
