In this episode I had the privilege of chatting to Anthony Choat who plays golf professionally, has done a 10 day Vipassana Meditation retreat, and has been through some life experiences that most haven’t. After spending some time chatting with Anthony in Papua New Guinea late last year I thought he would be a great guest to have on to share more of what he has been through and learnt over the years.
