Murph caught up with more RAGBRAI LI riders to hear about their week biking across Iowa. This is the third episode in a series of great interviews with riders from all over the country.

On this episode meet Sarah, Patrick, Frederick, and Megan! Sarah has an awesome story. She came from DC as a solo rider and a few mishaps turned into an amazing week of making forever friends.

Frederick is next. He is from California and RAGBRAI was just part of his cross country bike ride, raising money for Climate Ride.

And finally we have Megan on this week. She is from Minnesota and this was her first RAGBRAI. She is also the Swiftie who made a bunch of bracelets to give to people she met, including the JustGoBike Podcast hosts!
