Thomas Bamberger is leading the SAP Customer Evolution Organization. In this role, he is responsible for customer satisfaction efforts worldwide and for accelerating the transformation of SAP’s customers to the cloud. As a key team within the board area of Customer Success, SAP Customer Evolution marshals the expertise of SAP employees and partners to help existing customers reinvent their business and accelerate their journey toward becoming intelligent, sustainable enterprises.

Dr. Uwe Grigoleit is an experienced SAP executive leading the global SAP Customer Evolution, Center of Excellence team. His focus is assisting SAP customers in transitioning to the cloud, adopting new business models, and managing change effectively. Uwe aims to improve efficiency and reduce costs for customers throughout their transformation journey. With a background in Sales and Development, he played a crucial role in launching SAP S/4HANA in 2015 and led the Cloud ERP Marketing and Solution Management team for 11 years.

Uwe holds a PhD in Chemistry and Commercial Information Technology from the University of Goettingen, Germany. He is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and enjoys mountain sports and good food.
