Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). RAGBRAI Ride Director Matt Phippen is one of those people living with MS. On this special episode, Matt talks about his MS journey. We also have special guests: Matt’s physician, Dr Hughes who is the Medical Director at MercyOne Neurosciences, and also Kathleen O’Donnell, the Upper Midwest Chapter President of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
