Akeem Haynes is a 2012 and 2016 Olympian. At the 2016 Olympics, he became a Bronze medalist in the 4x100m. He also competed in the 100m. He is from Jamaica and moved to Canada at age 7 so he competed for Team Canada.

Akeem is a motivational speaker, an author, and has 2 podcasts of his own. He brought all the motivation today! He has so many great things to say and will lift you up and make you want to be your best self!
