Ryan Conley is the owner of Carna Bunker Gear and is a 10 year firefighter on the Cape Coral Fire Department. Ryan holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and health promotion concentration in exercise. Physiology from FAU.

He is a speaker for FF Health, Safety and Performance and a Tactical strength and conditioning specialist.

Ryan saw an area where he could improve the gear that we need to use to keep ourselves fit, healthy and physically ready to do the job. Ryan and his business partner did their research and started developing gear that firefighters could use for working out, without the fear or worry of the harmful chemicals that are currently used in our gear.

Ryan and his partner developed the blue gear that we all know..Carna Bunker Gear.

Ryan sits down with me to talk about why he saw the need to develop Carna Bunker Gear, the importance of working out and healthy eating.

Ryan has clearly done his research and is extremely passionate about helping others. This episode is full of important information in regards to cancer prevention and the research that is currently being reviewed in regards to the chemicals that are used in our gear and the effects caused by PFAS and carcinogens.
