In this episode of our Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) series, we look beyond diagnosis and treatment to discuss what the future holds for children and adolescents living with POTS. Host Paul Wirkus, MD, FAAP and guest Kirti Sivakoti, MD, review the long-term prognosis, highlighting what is currently known about recovery, symptom progression, and functional outcomes over time.

The conversation also explores the complex relationship between POTS and other conditions, including the impact of COVID-19, eating disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and functional neurologic disorders.
