Nicole grew up in Sacramento, and went to UC Berkeley to pursue her studies as a bio major. She's known she wanted to be a dentist since the age of 12. She attended Tufts University, graduating in 2003, and has invested in a ton of CE constantly learning. She has always wanted to buy into a partnership, not realizing the only way was on her own path. She created a start up in 2014, and grew the practice to 1.8 with a single doctor in the first 4 years.
