In this episode I had the privilege of chatting to Anabelle Smith, an Australian Olympic Diver, triple Olympian, Olympic bronze medallist, and 2022 Commonwealth Games gold medallist. On top of the above accolades, Anabelle has sustained a career in diving at the elite level for over 15 years. With here eyes set sharply on the 2024 Paris Olympics it was great to have her on the podcast to hear what her path has been like to this moment, the people that have supported her along the way, the highs, the lows, and the person she has grown into along the way.
