On today's episode we bring on one of great relics of track sprint, Commonwealth and World Cup medallist, doctor and self declared professional rugby player, Lewis Oliva. Lewis was one of the main GB sprinters going into Rio and we hear the story of the early days of the academy programme, the progression to podium and everything in between.
