Emily Lipari is currently focusing on the 5k and 10k but she has spent the majority of her career as a 1500m runner and miler. She is a three time US Road Mile Champion. She runs for Adidas. She recently placed 8th at the 2022 USATF 5k Road Champs in NYC.

In 2021, she had a big surgery and she shares a lot about that in this conversation and what that time in her life looked like and what that comeback has looked like. Since that surgery, she has moved up in distance and debuted in the 10k this summer.

Emily currently lives in Hawaii because her husband is in the Navy and works on submarines. We get to hear all about that in this conversation.
