I intensely dislike comparisons and yet, I easily fall into comparing myself to others. Does this happen to you? I compare my work, my fitness (and I’m not even on the fit chart) the way I live, the way I invest, the way I think, you name it.
I’d like to blame it on social media, but I don’t think social media is the problem. No matter how hard I try not to, I seem to consistently make comparisons.
But what if comparing has both a light side and a dark side? We often think comparing ourselves to anyone is negative, and yet the super observant child or adult naturally compares….
