On this episode we have a couple of firsts. Number 1 we have our first two person podcast, number two we have a man and wife agegroup team. Bjorn and Gemma have both qualified and raced for team GB, after having no sporting background as such, growing up, they got into running which progressed into multisport. 

They tells a bit about how they met and how they supported each other each step of the way and how their biggest ambition, back to back Scandanavian Ironmans came to be. they talk about the ups and downs over the three years which this was in the planning and until this year knocked back at every turn.

They discuss the reason they are doing it and the worthy charity they hope to help when they complete it.
