We’ve said it before, we’re saying it again: teachers are people too. It’s no longer feasible to ask educators not to be on social media. But without schools providing clear guidance as to what employees can and cannot post, sharing online can be risky - schools might react to teachers’ content, even if it’s unrelated to school or kids.

Today’s guest, FormerlyFatStephen, is currently on leave from his teaching position because of a video that went viral. A system that doesn’t take teachers seriously sure can’t take a joke.
