Dr. Deems is an honor graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry. He is co-founder of the Dental Coaches Association and provides professional coaching for dentists through his coaching practice, The Dentist's Coach, Inc. He also authored books, writes for many national professional publications, and speaks nationally and internationally for many dental organizations. Since 2005, Dr. Deems has been annually recognized by Dentistry Today as one of the Top Leaders in Continuing Education. He has maintained a private dental practice in Little Rock, AR for over 25 years.
