I’m so excited to welcome back the incredible Katie Moon to the podcast! This marks her third appearance on the show, and she’s got quite the impressive resume—she’s a two-time world champion and an Olympic gold and silver medalist in pole vaulting. Most recently, she brought home a silver medal at the Paris Olympics, following her amazing gold medal win at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.

Our first conversation was back in 2016, when Katie was grappling with the disappointment of missing the Olympic team for Rio. We discussed her journey toward making her first Olympic appearance, which she achieved in 2021, culminating in that stunning gold medal.
