In this episode I had the privilege to sit down with Logan Broberg, a Lieutenant firefighter from Kissimmee, Florida, and the founder of Rogue Firemanship. We discuss Logan's journey in the fire service, the importance of training and certification, and the role of EMS in firefighting. Logan shares insights on physical fitness, the culture within fire departments, and the impact of social media on the profession. We also dive into the Crucible training initiative, SCBA confidence techniques, and the workout programs Logan has developed for firefighters. Logan is a dialed in dedicated professional, He is a fireman’s firefighter. Logan believes in hardwork and going after what truly matters in life. He is a devoted father, husband and Leader. He has accomplished incredible goals..such as becoming a Georgia Smoke Diver ,Georgia F.L.A.M.E.S and working with John Spera and Marcos Orozco to develop the Crucible Training Initiative. He has certainly inspired so many to improve their lives to be healthy and stay fit for their career and their family. Logan has certainly inspired me...so much so..that I tattooed his logo on my thigh!
He is constant and driven in all the he does, but still is extremely humble and ready to help whenever he is needed.
