It has been six months since Josh Honsberger and I published USMC Prep and Raider Prep. We have learned a lot and seen some amazing results. We wanted to share those results with you and some of the methodologies behind training for the military and what an individual SHOULD be focusing on instead of what others are telling them. There is a lot of bad information out there that is coming from haters and slackers, so we wanted to set the stage for some positive performance.
