The freshest form of Sherry, Manzanilla comes from Sanlucar de Barrameda, where the Atlantic influence gives it a unique character. Fresh from a visit to the Sherry Triangle, David is joined by Fermin Hidalgo, one of the eighth generation at family-run Hidalgo, famous for La Gitana.
