On the show this week we start out with introductions and our Heroes of the Week segment, then we discuss clips of the CNN interview with Vice President Harris and Gov. Tim Walz, Chris Hayes pointing out Trump’s rambling response to a question about child care, and Sam Stein on Morning Joe ripping Trump’s team for illegally using Arlington National Cemetery for campaign photos and videos. Next we discuss clips of Fred Trump III torching his Uncle’s attitude toward soldiers and saying he doesn’t give a sh*t about them, Trump telling the crowd at a rally that Rep. Byron Donalds is ‘one of the smart ones’, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a report about Trump’s new line of MAGA fragrance products. Then we discuss clips of the Morning Joe crew discussing how unlikeable that Trump is, President Biden speaking in Pittsburgh on Labor Day, and Lawrence O’Donnell calling Trump the laziest Presidential campaigner in modern history. Next we discuss clips of Daniel Dale debunking Trump’s false claims from his FOX news town hall, the Morning Joe crew defending Liz Cheney and other Republicans abandoning the MAGA personality cult to back Vice President Harris, and Sen. Crhis Murphy saying that the Russian propaganda indictment shows how deeply integrated Russia is with the MAGA media. Then we close out the show with a clip of Liz Cheney ripping into Trump and Vance by calling them misogynistic pigs.
