On Episode 77 we chat to John Armstrong, Johns quite local to me, about ten miles away, so we took the opportunity to sit down face to face and have a chat about how he became an Agegrouper for GB and race for the first time earlier this year.

John says he didn't really have much of a sporting background and it wasn't until he was forty, that he had a go at triathlon. over the years he has trained and threw his hat in to the ring at the qualification races and was successful.

John tells us about his first Agegroup experience and how he has now caught the bug and wishes to try and qualify for future events.
