Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to respect this episodes guest wishes and not release the pod. It was a last hour requesting we had just about finished the editing.
So instead of not putting anything out, this Wednesday I came up with the idea of a recent experience trying to get Mrs C a new bike from, not one, but two British Elite triathletes.

So  hope you enjoy our journey, if not a little short, normal service will resume in two weeks time when we have an incredible, inspiring journey from another Agegroup, athlete.
