Opening Bible passage: John 16:33

Do you get them too?  One tiny thought that might start off as a happy thought but very quickly spirals out of control into this downward negative path?  I never realized that other people experienced this as well.  Over the years, I've figured out a way to help myself stop these thoughts and flip them on their heads!  It's easy, fast and it's worked for me for years. 

We can't stop the thoughts that pop into our heads but we can stop the spiral and we can take back the control. Well....with the help of God, of course.  Give today's episode a listen and see if this could work for you too.
