Kim is an international level powerlifter with some exceptional achievements including; 4th in the World in her weight division, Gold at Commonwealth, Silver at World championships, Gold at Asia Oceania and countless Australian, Asia, Oceania, Commonwealth records.

Kim also has a passion for empowering women to be strong both emotionally and mentally. She is also an Empowered Eating specialist freeing women from emotional eating.
