In this episode we talk all things matching in adoption. It is for many approved adopters it's the hardest part of the process, waiting, frustrations with bureaucracy and often limited control of the process and timing of events. We bring our own experiences as adopters and panel members to the table as well as Al's experience as a social worker and consider all the challenges that families face. We even try to come up with some tips for getting through it. There's also a heavy dose of banter as it's the first episode we've recorded together in person for a while!
