  Setting good targets is an art, and takes a lot more than you think to do it right.  With tournaments being labeled as "two soft" or "too hard" lately,  it was time to get an interview with someone that is an authority on the subject matter.
     Joe Scull has been setting targets for over 31 years! When Joe came in town for the Ohio State championship, is was a no brainer to get him in studio to pick his brain about what it takes, why its not as easy you think, and what makes a target good or bad.
