Equity Compensation for the Closely Held Business

In a Schwab survey, nearly 40 percent of respondents—including 60 percent of millennials—cited equity compensation as either the main reason or one of the main reasons they took their jobs. For a closely held business there is a way to provide equity without diluting ownership.
