Eric Roberts is someone who I've wanted to chat to for so long. We've briefly met on a couple of occasions, but never long enough for a good catch up. So that's pretty much what you're going to hear in today's episode 😂 The way in which his online career took off during lockdown was life changing, and in today's episode we hear about how Eric's life went from working as an SNA in Donegal, to rubbing shoulders with top celebs and traveling the world. There was even an appearance on Netflix thrown in for good measure. Eric is not only gas, he's also a gentleman and you'll get to hear that from the get go in this episode.
