Someone once said, “Get busy living or get busy dying.” I want you to know that every day we are drawing closer to death. Wow, what a positive message, right? Well, it is, because you need to remember that we have a limited time here and get yourself motivated to make some good choices for the rest of your life! Filling that time capsule with more hateful thoughts, bitterness, and hopelessness only buries you.

You can’t control what someone else does, but you can control how you react. So start making beautiful choices that will allow you to live a beautiful life. Start forgiving others and forgiving yourself. Or you will stay in that time capsule and be buried with it at the end of your life. The choice is yours.

Although it may not seem like a blessing at the time, it is. It’s like having a life sentence reduced to time served and then being pardoned. You’re free to leave. We also talked about a documentary done by Dateline about a blazing narcissist, called “Dirty John”. It’s the story of how John Meehan manipulated and used women and men throughout his life. It’s absolutely eye opening, how depraved the mind of a narcissist is. And the scary thing for us, is that they live fairly normally among us. Of course many are turned off by them, but their victims are given special treatment and bombarded (love bombed) with affection and attention to confuse and manipulate them.

The biggest lesson in that documentary is to know how lucky you are that you had escaped.

It is shocking that narcissists will commit to such a degree with the new supply, but there are many unhealthy reasons they do. In this video we will examine several reasons they jump right into marriage less than a year after leaving you or after you’ve left them. It’s all insanity. Just be glad you got off of that crazy train. You might be jealous of the new supply or depressed that the narcissist didn’t marry you. Also, we talked about the psychopathic characteristics of a narcissist. The book I’m currently reading is “Without Conscience” by Robert D. Hare, PhD. I’ve read and heard that not all narcissists are psychopathic, but the more I read and learn about psychopaths, the more I am concerned about what makes a narcissist cross into that territory.

Listening to the Ted Bundy tapes on the Netflix series, he sounds like many narcissists we know; no accountability, victim blaming, self-sympathy after hurting others, fantasy vision of his own intelligence or how he thinks others see him. Uh… very crazy stuff when you think that the narcissists in your life behave just like this. Makes me think that we are soooo lucky when the narcissist discards us. Yes, please leave. It may take us a while to figure out what hit us, but we can recover. Whereas the narcissist will remain a narcissist, a perpetual victim and abuser.

Today I want to continue talking about why you should not get back with the narcissistic ex. If you are still considering whether or not to take back the ex, don’t make that decision while sleeping with them. Don’t get in a physical relationship with them until you spend some time working on the relationship. If the ex isn’t a narcissist, you’ll be able to see clearly and make a wise decision. If the ex is a narcissist, they will press to get physical and you can then say good-bye to your sensibilities. Sex will only cloud your judgement and mask all kinds of problems.

If you need further convincing, just look at their patterns. If you pay attention, you’ll see the patterns of abusive behavior that caused your break up in the first place. Getting back with the narcissistic ex is always a bad idea. But if you don’t think so, watch this video and ask yourself if your ex exhibits any of these patterns.

I want to talk about what the heck happened at Fyre Festival and the narcissistic crazy thinking that created such a disastrous event. It was such a spectacular fail that Netflix and Hulu both recently came out with documentaries detailing the huge scam that it was.

It takes a narcissistic deluded genius to fool so many people continually and to ignore all the warnings of epic failure. And yet… Billy McFarland convinced many to stay with him until the ship sank entirely. He compromised people’s sense of morality and charmed them into defrauding many. His employees were not able to stop him and were ultimately taken down with the ship. How is this possible? It is the power of a narcissist and their magical thinking. It is absolute Crazytown, but so enticing that people think they would be missing out on something great if they don’t follow. Such is the world of Billy McFarland and other narcissists we encounter in our lives.

In this video I point out narcissistic behaviors displayed by McFarland. He is the ideal charismatic, charming, motivational, conniving, yet ultimately incompetent narcissist. He will fail again and again, but he will take many down along the way as they fall for his scams. I don’t believe his story is over yet.
