Rob Colias joins the show to talk about the landmark decision to make surfing an HHSAA sport in Hawaii and how they finally came to the decision earlier this week.

Gary discusses Hawaii football after the Mountain West Media days wrap up and his and other's opinions on the team will be as fall camp opens up in the coming weeks. Gary also discusses Damian Lillard's return to Portland, some NFL news and why his opinion on Caitlin Clark has started to change in the last few days.

Kanoa and Billy talk Hawaii football as Mountain West Media Days take place today and tomorrow in Las Vegas, and the guys break down their opinions with Lori Santi as the trio go all over the place, from Hawaii, to the MLB All Star Game to morning vocal warmups. The guys also go on a full discussion with The Golf Channel's Mark Rolfing to discuss the Open Championship and their opinions on the comments made by Scottie Scheffler.

Gary talks Hawaii football, as today marks the beginning of Mountain West Media Days where he sends it up to the Circa with John Veneri and Josh Pacheco joined by Matt Elliott to talk about his first time at the media days, charter flights and other questions for the new athletic director. Gary also talks about the MLB All Star game, and his outlook the next few days as there are no major sports for the next day or two.
