My guest this week is writer and fashion critic Eugene Rabkin.

Eugene has contributed to the New York Times, the Business of Fashion, 032c, and has edited several books, including Stone Island: Storia.

Eugene and I discuss his life immigrating to the US from the Soviet Union, how he fell in love with fashion, Nine Inch Nails, and what streetwear took from “avant-garde.” We also discuss the origins of his highly influential site, Style Zeitgeist and what designers he feels are underrated and overlooked.
