Chaser was founded with a determined spirit and a simple mission - to help SMEs worldwide get paid quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner, saving time on manual tasks and improving cash flow. It was originally launched in 2014 as a credit control app by a Finance Director who was frustrated with the manual processes and inefficiencies in chasing payments. Today, Chaser is reinventing the way businesses think and behave with regards to payments.

Traditionally seen as a negative task, the act of chasing invoices, or simply requesting payment for products or services, creates discomfort and causes strain and loss of time for both the business awaiting payment and the one seeking payment. However, Chaser believes it doesn't have to be that way.

Chaser believes that trust is the foundation of all business relationships. Therefore, their solutions and services aim to make chasing payments comfortable, easy, and fast. They strive to provide businesses with the confidence that they will be paid for their work, no matter what.

Additionally, late payments contribute to the failure of 50,000 small and medium businesses annually (FSB).
