I could never (steal, do drugs, become an addict, kill someone...) I have heard this line from so many people - or worse - I can't believe I became - or I did -  how did this happen....

This podcast is a warning - as we are going through such a time of division between people over politics, religion, race, and a ton of other issues we need to remember that the line between me becoming the thing I hate is very very very thin....

Today I am talking about time - Time is such a big topic in our lives we are always complaining about it - wishing for more or less of it - wanting to stop or pause it! The truth is we need to appreciate time.... here is a couple of short quotes form today's podcast...

"I have had so many adults in sessions that said things like:
 if only I started off better in life and not that wasted all my time –  people in their 40 this or  they will say – if only I had more time I would “start my business, travel, go back and get my RN, Ph.D., high school diploma, college degree…  ----- you can put a million statements after if I only had that time “over or more time…”

"We need to appreciate that time does not stop or pause because if it did it might do so at a point that is not of our choosing – for example – if time paused when I had cancer I would not be cancer-free – or..."
