Everyone falls sometimes in life.  When you fall, you have a choice.  You can either stay down and continue the negative self-talk, or you can rise up and speak your truth.  Everything that happens to us is a test or an opportunity to see how we will react.  It's much easier to give up and put yourself down. Your true strength lies in your reaction.  Will you stay down, or will you rise up?
