This is part 2 of the Darlie Roulie case.  in this half we will discuss; the trial... The silly sting... all the evidence against Darlie....but.. even if you really believe she did this... and the evidence does point to her.. but,   why? 

 Darin had a 250,000 life insurance policy on Darlie..  maybe she was the target.  But, is a hired hitman, just going to come in and murder the children, free of charge, without even completing the only reason he was there?  

So many things in this story don't add up.  Is the right person sitting on death row right now, or is there still a killer out on the loose.

TRIGGER WARNING. Todays episode is a well known, highly controversial case. Sadly, it does involve child murder, so listeners, please use your own discretion.

On June 6th of 1996, according to 26 year old Darlie Routier, a man wearing a dark shirt, dark baseball cap, and jeans broke into the home that she lived in with her husband Darin, their two eldest sons; Damon and Devon, and their 8 month old baby Drake.  Darlie had been asleep in the family living room with Damon and Devon, when the unknown intruder attacked all three.  Nothing was stolen, even though Darlie had actually left thousands of dollars worth in jewellery out on the kitchen counter.  Even weirder, was that this ‘intruder’ had used a knife from the Routiers butcher block.

Was Darlie a victim of a horrible assault, as well as every mothers worst nightmare, or was there more to it than she was saying.

Here is the second half of the lululemon murder,  We now know that Jayna has been murdered, and her co worker Brittany was 'badly' injured.

But what exactly happened in the Lululemon store that night, in this affluent town.  What could have possibility happened that could have provoked the type of rage that could make you stab a person over 300 times?

On March 12th a 26 year old man waited in line out front of an Apple store, to hopefully be able to snag, the newly released Ipad 2. upon waiting for the store to open, a young woman emerged from the Lululemon store that was directly beside Apple.  The woman looked rattled, and was on the phone with 911. When she had entered the high end yoga clothing store to start her shift, she was alarmed when she found the door unlocked.  She was even more alarmed up on entering.  The store was in complete shambles, a flat screen tv had fallen and was face down, there were clothes everywhere, and most concerning, there was a trail of, what appeared to be blood leading into the back room.  As this young woman, assessed what was going on she began hearing groaning coming from the back of the store.  That is when she ran out.

What would follow will turn out to be, easily one of the most senseless crimes, I have ever research.  A talented, beautiful, adventurous, intelligent woman would wind up dead.... and all for what?

This is the tragic lululemon murder.

In February of 2013, a man driving a black Oldsmobile Alero, intentionally pinned a city worker, in between his car and a utility vehicle.  The man then proceeded to get out of his car a launch into a manic rant, about how he is Jesus Christ.  As he was doing this, civilians were trying to come to the aid of the man who had been pinned.  One of those people was a woman named Tonya Brown, as she approached the crazed man grabbed her and began choking her.  out of no where, came a young man, and he was holding a hatcher, he proceeded to hit the man twice with the handle end, and then once with the sharp end, which forced the man to free the woman. A reporter on scene, had to good fortune of snagging an interview with the young hero, and that interview would go VIRAL! What would follow, though, would eventually result in murder.  Who is really to blame?

Jimmy Snuka was THE ONLY superstar to be removed from the WWE Hall of Fame. 
This was the result of an incident that took place of May 10th of 1983. Superfly had arrived in Pennsylvania to pre record a wrestling event.  His 'on the road' girlfriend Nancy Argentino, would stay behind at the motel and wait for Jimmy to return.
After arriving home after the event, according to Jimmy, he tried to rouse Nancy, with no luck.  he then noticed a yellow fluid coming from her nose and mouth.
He would tell responding officers, that he and Nancy had been horsing around before he had left that day, and  accidentally, Nancy had hit her head, but had seemed fine immediately after the incident.  He would follow paramedics after they had intubated Nancy and were trying to get her to the hospital to save her life, at the hospital, his story would change, and he would say now that Nancy had done something to upset his, and he tried to remove himself from a tense situation and he had gently pushed her, and that was how she had sustained the injury.
Sadly, at about 2:30am, Nancy would succumb to her injuries.  After Nancys autopsy, there was red flags everywhere.  But, nothing lowers a red flag quicker than Vince McMahon and a large briefcase full of money.
In 2013, a reporter named Adam Clarke would release a story about the 1983 tragedy, for the 30th anniversary.  And this would shine a brand new light on Superfly.

I consider this guy to be one of the infamous, most evil serial killers of all time.  In my opinion, he is right up there with the Ted Bundy's, the BTK's, Son of Sam....the worst of the worst. And these stories just get told, and retold, there's tons of documentaries about them, and it almost starts to feel like fiction, and then we give them these captivating nick names,
Well Rodney Alcala was given the name of 'The Dating Game Killer'.., and while it is technically true, he was on the Dating Game, and he was a killer, but the Dating Game, did not actually result in, or lead to any killings.  However it was smack dab in the middle of a killing spree that this monster was carrying out between California and New York.
From 1968 - 1979, Rodney Alcala managed to fool everyone around him, (it also didn't help that, at the time New York and California had multiple serial killers on the loose)
Rodney is suspected in the possible murders of up to 130 women.

In Part 1, we finished off, when 8 year old Christie, (who had suffered a stroke after, her mother said, a bushy haired stranger had gunned them down in the middle of a secluded street) was finally able and willing to write down, and share who had truly, hurt her and he siblings that night.  The paper had simply read: "my mom".  The authorities finally had that last missing piece that they needed to fry Diane.  In this episode, we will go through; the trial, the prison break (she just never stops), another pregnancy, an Operah Winfrey interview, where Christie, Danny, and the new baby are today, and ANOTHER affair, with another married man!! How does she do it?!
