A lucrative opportunity for those looking to benefit from good rental yields, many homeowners and investors are taking the step to convert their property into a holiday home or purchase strategically located properties for the purpose of short-term rental. 

In this episode Amber is joined by Tomas Dolezal, Founder of Elite Royal Apartments, which specialises in short-term rentals in Downtown Dubai and is one of the city’s most successful and profitable start-up companies. Tomas discusses how his niche model helped his business survive a sector that did witness a huge impact of the global Covid-19 outbreak, as well as his predictions post Expo 2020.
