In 2020, I started this Podcast mainly to connect with people I'd worked with or admired or both and I reached out to see if a few wouldn't mind me recording our conversations which would normally just be a phone call or dressing room chat. What has happened since last June has just been a result of Wonderful Stories, Jokes, Anecdotes and successful  careers talking to very talented people in The Comedy World. Billy Pearce is a One Man Variety Show. A Comedian at the Top for over 35 years. Star of Television, Pantomime, Theatre, Radio and Royal Variety Performances.
Billy has inspired many talented Comedians especially in the North of the UK. His unique fast paced hilarious style and look is instantly recognisable.
Billy and I have many mutual friends in the business and of course are linked through the Grand Order of Water Rats and it's great to get to know another Brother Rat during Lockdown.

Stand Up Comedian Andre Vincent is more than that, he has a Library of Comedy Skills he is able to talk about and I thought I knew him until this conversation. It is a huge success story from his history of Comedy Clubs, Festivals, Pantomime, Circus, TV, Script Writing and so much more and I thoroughly enjoyed the laughs and anecdotes in another edition of Eyes & teeth, talking Comedy, Variety and of course The Water Rats.

Stand Up Comedian Adrian Walsh is a masterclass to watch and listen too.
Any upcoming comic can learn by his advice and enjoy the laughs along the way. I'm a big admirer of Adrian's work and positivity outlook. he truly has has some hard obstacles to overcome yet he comes back fighting. He is a very generous and genuine being and a joy to listen too.

Duggie Brown is one of the Original Comedians from Granada TV's hit show in the 1970's and he has been one of the busiest in the business even to this day.
Duggie has always been an actor alongside his stand up work and has maintained a fantastic career in Variety & Theatre. His story is one of success and happiness and he doesn't mind sharing that Happiness around. 
In this Season I shall be talking to my Brother Water Rats to give my audience a feel of what The Grand Order Of Water rats bring. There are no strange handshakes, there are no big secrets but there are traditional rules within our Order that we all adhere to and continue spreading good will, laughter, music and artistry through the stage or media in some way as well as raising funds for Charity with our live events throughout each year.

Direct from Los Angeles American ventriloquist Ronn Lucas talks about his rise to the Top touring America and landing a 6 year Contract in Sugar babies with Mickey Rooney and winning the Stand Up Talent Contest - The Laff Off .
Ronn shot to fame in the early 1990's in the UK with Royal appointments and his own TV Series "The Ronn Lucas Show" which led to a record breaking amount of years headlining his own Las Vegas Show.

Nigel Planer is one of our National Tresaures. An iconic Sitcom character as well as a sought after Actor, wirter, singer, author and a true gentleman I found out today on "Eyes & Tinsel" when we caught up on his latest stage project with Ade Edmondson, his books, TV & Film, Awards for acting and music and I was fascinated by his early years at The Comedy Store and collaboration with Paul Jackson and the Young Ones.
This is a wonderful insight to the birth of Alternative Comedy and Nigel is one of the originals and one of the finest. Check out his website for his latest incredible showreel

Jarred Christmas is a joyful bundle of laughter and banter, he has a very clever style of improvisation and adlib skills to accompany his unique comedy routines and jokes. Tom Binns is one of the most inventive performers I've ever seen live. He has worked in Television behind the scenes and now in front of the cameras, as well as in Radio as himself and as Ivan Brackenbury. His creations whether they are created around Hospital Radio, ventriloquism, talking to the dead or even a talking Guinea Pig, you can  guarantee there is a clever twist to the  act and Tom has a very clever mind and takes you somewhere different everytime. He's an inventor of Comedy, as he grew up with it and lived through it and now he's delighting audiences worldwide with his talents.

Mike Osman is one the greatest British Impressionists and his Donald Trump has become a National Sensation. From the 1980's TV shows to 2020 TV and Corporate appearances Mike has us in stitches with his brilliant material and spot on voices.
I had the pleasure of working with Mike in 2004 on a Cable TV Show and he passed me some advice and compliments and you never forget that as a young performer.

Steve Hewlett talks to the brilliant new Stand Up sensation Tom Lucy. 
Tom who was performing Stand Up successfully from the age of 16 on the road has now added TV and the London 02 Arena to his CV as well as many tours supporting Michael McIntyre, Jack Whitehall and many more.
Certain Comics stand out for me and that's not easy in this flooded market but when they do I really enjoy their new material, style of telling a gag or story and their personality, its not common to have all three and Tom has just that. He just knows what is funny and I am interested to know more about his discipline on stage where his material and improvisation is concerned as he is Top Class at both and anyone dare to sit in the front row of one of his gigs then be ready to be part of the show...
