Laurie Singer is a licensed Psychotherapist and Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who heads the long-established Laurie Singer Behavioural Services in Camarillo, CA. Over the last 20 years, she and her team have used an integrated Behavioural and Cognitive therapy strategy to help those facing a wide variety of mental health issues for both children and adults.
She’s also an author with her first book, You’re Not Crazy: Living with Anxiety, Obsessions and Fetishes, bringing readers into the therapy room via case studies to help them serve as their own “therapist.”
Laurie is also a decorated endurance athlete. She’s an inductee of Ventura County
Sports Hall of Fame and has competed in more than 100 marathons, ultra-marathons
and Ironman triathlons, as well as many long-distance cycling events. Over the past year, she has completed a 3,000-mile cross-country bicycling trip, cycled hundreds of miles through Cuba, hiked the entire 500-mile Camino de Santiago trail, and successfully climbed to 19,300 feet. Mt. Kilimanjaro.
She is currently working on her next book, which will feature her many stories of overcoming adversity and hardship as a 64-year-old athlete.

John Graham shipped out on a freighter when he was 16, hitchhiked through the Algerian Revolution at 19 and was on the team that made the first ascent of Denali’s North Wall at 20, a climb so dangerous it’s never been repeated. He hitchhiked around the world at 22, working as a correspondent in every war he encountered. A US Foreign Service Officer for 15 years, he was in the middle of the 1969 revolution in Libya and the war in Vietnam. At the United Nations, he risked his career, crossing his government to support initiatives for peace and justice in Asia, Africa and Cuba, including engineering a UN plan that helped end apartheid in South Africa. As a global peace builder, post Foreign Service, he contributed to peace efforts in Israel/Palestine.
For the last 42 years he’s been a leader of the Giraffe Heroes Project, a global movement inspiring people to stick their necks out to solve public problems and giving them tools to succeed (giraffe.org). His speeches, blogs, podcasts and interviews have a global audience.

Richard is the founder of "Parents on a Mission" (POM), a leadership curriculum designed to empower parents to win their children's hearts, minds, and loyalty. Since 2007, he has trained thousands of parents and community leaders with POM, focusing on building healthy relationships and preventing youth involvement in gangs.
