This one gets dark. Suicide expert Dr. Mark Goulston tells host Steve Hofstetter how he dropped out of medical school and still ended up finishing. Dr. Goulston is a psychiatrist and consultant to major organizations and his book, Just Listen, became the basis of a 2010 PBS special Stay Alive.
