All fall "The Fall Frenzy" podcast gives you an inside look at those competing in UNI fall sports including interviews from within Panther volleyball, soccer, swim and dive and more.

This week Fall Frenzy features Panther soccer senior Lauren Heinsch and swim and dive junior Hannah Taylor. Heinsch talks about what's different about the team's approach this season, while Taylor gives us a deep dive on what it is like to stand all the way up on that board.
